✰ Terms of Service ✰
I. General
Please write in a clear and nice manner.
I reserve the rights to the final artwork which means I can post it on my socials and/or portfolio.
The characters will be done in my own style. Please don’t ask me to replicate another style.
Visual references and detailed descriptions of your character are appreciated :D
The client may post the commission anywhere and use it for personal use as long as they don’t claim the commissioned piece to be theirs.
I have the right to refuse any commission request.
II. Turnaround Time
My turnaround time is around 1 week to a month depending on the complexity of the character, number of characters commissioned, or how fast the client replies to updates.
(I will stay in contact if there are any external factors that would delay the commission such as sickness, school, and other personal reasons.)
III. Workflow & Revisions
I will be sending updates each stage to ask for approval. I will only proceed after client approves of the work.

> CLEAN SKETCH
> FLAT COLORS
> RENDER
Once approved, I will allow revisions during these stages:
> Rough Sketch (2 free major revisions)
> Clean Sketch (1 free MINOR revision only)
> Flat colors (1 free revision only for the colors)
> 50% rendered work (1 free MINOR revision only)
> I allow 1 very minor revision once the final piece is ready to be sent (e.g. brightness, contrast, very small details only)
- If client exceeds maximum revisions, each revision will cost 3 USD each.
IV. Payment and Refunds
You may send the payment through Paypal in USD or Gcash (Philippines)
Upfront payment is required for commissions that cost $80 and below.
Partial payment of at least 50% for commissions over $80. Full payment must be made for the final artwork to be sent.
Client may cancel as long as there is no payment received yet and if the process has not been started.
No refunds once I start the commission.
